Thanks to contributor #48786212 Susan V. Speicher (Thursday 20 February 1986) Susan Speicher, 85, of 2103 8th St., Columbus, died Wednesday at Litzenberg Hospital in Central City. Services are at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Gass-Haney Chapel in Columbus, with Deacon Art Spenner officiating. Burial is in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Visitation is after 2 p.m. Friday at Gass-Haney Funeral Home in Columbus. Mrs. Speicher was born April 15, 1900, in Colfax County, the daughter of Henry and Keller Smith. She attended Colfax County schools and married Julius Speicher February 27, 1922, at St. Bonaventure Church. Mrs. Speicher was a lifetime area resident. She was a retired women's ready-to-wear sales person. Surviving are her brother, Elmer D. Smith of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and three sisters, Mayme (Mrs. Alfred) Schram of Monroe, Elsa (Mrs. Walter) Lusche and Esther (Mrs. William) Campbell, both of Columbus. She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother.
