Bio

Joyce Wilda Chamberlin, age 84, of Magnolia Springs, Alabama, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 10:37 a.m. at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Alabama. She was born on February 5, 1931 in Baldwin County, Alabama, the daughter of Ira and Almeda Flowers, and was the sister of 7 siblings. Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Ronald D. Chamberlin, 1 brother, 3 daughters, 7 grandchildren, 12 great­grandchildren, and 1 great­great ­grandchild. Joyce loved to spend time with her grandchildren and enjoyed a wonderful life with her husband. She was well respected and carried herself with dignity and grace in everything that she did. Her husband Ronald D. Chamberlin and granddaughter Kelly Green Mitchell would like to give a special thanks to the nurses and nurses assistants on 3 South at Thomas Hospital as well as Dr. Wayne and Dr. Bullard for their outstanding care and support. A memorial service for Joyce will be held at a later time. Arrangements by Cason Funeral Service, Foley, Alabama.
