~~Graveside services for Rickey Ray Vaughan, age 62, of Cumby will be conducted at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 13, 2017 with Rev. David Burns officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., prior to services at West Oaks Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Rickey James Vaughan, Rusty Vaughan, Ryan Vaughan, Josh Weatherbee, Jason Bailey, Chase Vaughan, Brian Colbert and Charles Humphries. Honorary pallbearers will be Monte Howard, Johnny Carter, Gene Foster, Howard Thompson, Ronny Strickland, Barry Stickland, Ronnie Bailey and Bob Vinson. Rickey passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017 at CHRISTUS Mother Frances hospital in Tyler. Rickey was born on January 6, 1955 in Commerce, TX, the son of Odis Henderson Vaughan and Velma Pauline Moore Vaughan. He married Carla Maxine Hall on November 21, 1986 in Hugo, OK. She Survives. Rickey worked on road construction for many years and was also a rancher. In addition to his wife he is survived by sons, Rickey James Vaughan and wife Tammy of Klondike, Rusty Vaughan and wife Megan of Cumby and Ryan Vaughan and wife Brittany of Cumby, grandchildren, Chase, Erin, Chett, Chayton, and Chanler. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Larry Vaughan and grandson, Carson Vaughan. Arrangements are under the direction of West Oaks Funeral Home. www.westoaksfuneralhome.com
