Herman and Adela were both natives of Gonzales County, Texas. Rudolph was married on 14 August 1950 in Orange Grove, Jim Wells County, Texas to Evelyn Vaught. Rudolph and Evelyn resided in Pleasanton, Atascosa County, Texas. Rudolph worked as a cementer in the petroleum industry. Rudolph Frank Nesloney died in an automobile accident about 4 miles south of Jourdanton in Atascosa County, Texas
