Victor Darilek February 25, 1922 - December 22, 2014 Victor Darilek, 92, passed away Monday, December 22, 2014 at the Hamilton Hospital in Olney, Texas. Christian Wake Services will be held at 4 P.M. Friday, December 26, 2014 at the Seymour Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be at 2 P.M. Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Megargel, with Fr. Albert Kanjirathumkal and Deacon Jim Novak officiating. Interment will be in the Megargel Catholic Cemetery, under the direction of Seymour Memorial Funeral Home. Mr. Darilek was born February 25, 1922 in Megargel, Texas. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of WWII. He married Josephine Snapka on August 7, 1954 in Seymour, Texas. He had worked in the aircraft industry, the oil field, and had retired from working for Baylor County. He was a lifetime member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Megargel, a member of the KJT and the VFW. He is survived by his wife, Jodie of Westover, Texas; his son, John Darilek and wife, Emma of Graham, Texas; his daughter, Georgia Kilpatrick and husband, Robert of Graham, Texas; five grandchildren, Shaun (Teresa) Kilpatrick, Dan (Peyta) Kilpatrick, Jason Kilpatrick, Jessica (Matthew) Murray, and Jennifer (Javier) Moreno; five great-grandchildren, Austin and Bailey Mae Kilpatrick, and Joseph, Natalie and Lillie Murphy; sisters, Annie Ward of Coahoma, Texas, and Dorothy Schumacher of Hereford, Texas ; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Adolph Darilek and Kristina Neigebauer Darilek; his brothers, Wesley, Edwin, J.C. and Frank; and sisters, Kristina Darilek and Marcella Lane.
