Catherine Nancy Hales Hansen, age 93, passed away Saturday, May 23, 1998 of natural causes. She was born May 27, 1904 in Riverside, Utah to Stephen Alexander and Mary Ellen Fox Hales. She married Joseph LeRoy Hansen in Salt Lake City, May 1, 1923. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband and two daughters, Evelyn Beth and Lola Catherine Boothe. She is survived by one sister, Lynette Hales Bowers, West Jordan; daughters, Charlene Allred, Brigham City; Sharon Cook, West Jordan; son, Dr. Joseph Brent Hansen and wife, Jodie, Ridgecrest, California; son-in-law, Lee H. Boothe, Beaver Dam, Arizona; 18 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, nine great great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Thursday, May 28, 1998, at 11 a.m. in the American Fork City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wing Mortuary, 118 E.
