Delia Rose (Langan) Allison Mrs. Alex Allison, 40, of 3212 14th Street, died early this morning in St. Mary's hospital. She had been ill about four years. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m., Saturday at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Roch Hettinger, pastor, officiating and burial will be in the St. Bonaventure cemetery. Rosary will be prayed at 8:15 p.m., Friday at the McKown Funeral home, where the body will lie in state after 1 p.m. that day. The Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary will hold a special service at the McKown chapel at 4:30 p.m. Friday. Mrs. Allison, nee Delia Langan, daughter of Michael and Minnie Kamm Langan, was born May 28, 1919 in Platte county. She attended school at Platte Center. On Sept. 5, 1969 she was married to Alex Allison at St. Bonaventure Catholic church, and they have since made their home in Columbus. She was a member of St. Bonaventure parish and the DAV Auxilary to Pawnee Chapter 20. Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Bonnie Lee) Boswell of Columbus, Marilyn and Wanda, at home; two grandchildren, Connie and Robert Boswell; her father, Michael Langan of Monroe; two brothers, Milton and Ralph Langan of Columbus; two sisters, Mrs. Adolph Wozny of Columbus and Mrs. Art Weiss of St. Paul, Minn. Her mother and an infant son Gary, preceded her in death. **Note: The article states her and husband Alex were married on September 5, 1969...This is impossible as Delia died in 1960. In 1987 husband Alex's obit states they were married in 1940.
