Cole, 76, of 2620 Woodrow, are set for 2 p.m. Friday at the Coker-Mathews Funeral Home chapel. She died Wednesday morning at Citizens General Hospital. Rev. Kenneth Shamblin will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery. She was born Aug. 5, 1908 in Floyd to Charlie P. and Maggie Smith Cole. Miss Cole was a retired school teacher. She was a Methodist. Survivors include a brother, Homer Cole of Wellman and a sister, Mrs. Louise Vaughn of Greenville. She was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Pallbearers will be nephews.
