BLAKESLEE, GEORGIA was born August 7, 1922 in Granger, TX to Edmund and Marie Bartosh and passed away January 9, 2004 at Hearthstone Center in Round Rock, TX. Preceded in death by her husband John O. Blakeslee, she is survived by her sisters Odie Hamilton, Margie Pustejovsky and her brothers Max Bartosh, Henry Bartosh, Walter Bartosh and Ben Bartosh. Georgia was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and gave many years of service to it along with her many friends. Although Georgia and John had no children of their own, they gave generously of their time and affection to their many nieces and nephews. Rosary will be held on Sunday, January 11 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sparkman/Crane Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, January 12 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church located at 3030 Gus Thomasson Rd., Dallas, TX 75228. Rev. Msgr. Thomas W. Weinzapfel will be officiating.
