Bio
Patricia Ann Nietfeld, 78, of Burwell, Nebraska passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at the Community Memorial Health Center in Burwell. Patricia was born on February 23, 1938 in Comstock, Nebraska. She graduated from Taylor High School in 1955. After graduation she moved to Omaha to work at Mutual of Omaha. She married Louis Nietfeld on April 20, 1957 at the First Christian Church in Burwell. They lived in Yutan, Nebraska for a time before moving to Wahoo, Nebraska. They owned an appliance store for several years. She then drove to Omaha to work at the VA Hospital. Louis passed away in 2003. Pat then moved to Burwell in March of 2004. She worked at the Community Memorial Health until her health forced her to retire. Pat enjoyed reading and collecting dolls. She was a member of the Legion Auxiliary. Pat is survived by: her brother, Fred and Faye Packard; granddaughter, Kyra Parker; and nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Louis.
