Doris, 71, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2005 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born November 23, 1933 in Oklahoma City to Harry and Elsie (Lowell) Snider, Sr. Doris was united in marriage to Howard 'Butch' Brandt on September 2, 1961 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Doris retired in 1995 from St. Anthony's Hospital in the purchasing department. She adored her grandchildren and never missed their little league games. She is survived by her husband of the home, Butch; one son, Mark Brandt and wife Sharon of Ohio; two daughters, Helen Emo of Moore and Paula Brandt of OKC; one brother, Harry Snider, Jr. and wife Betty of Moore; three grandchildren, David Emo, Levi Emo, and Mark Brandt, Jr.; two aunts, Violet Lay and Faye Divis; one niece; two nephews; and extended family that she considered her children. She is preceded in death by her parents; her aunt, Lucille Lowell; and several other aunts and uncles. Doris will be deeply missed by her extended family she lovingly adopted. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, November 4, 2005 in the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
