Myrtle Aleen Jaecks, Age 86 of Elgin passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016. Aleen was born May 31, 1930 to Oscar A Jaecks and Lena J. Jaecks in Taylor, TX. She retired from the State of Texas after 25 years of service. Her hobbies included antiquing and garage sales. Her love was her cat “Boots”. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son Michael Charles Frase; husbands Wilton C. Frase and Daniel Gaida; five brothers and one sister. Aleen is survived by her daughter Judith Lundgren, grandsons Kevin Wayne Lundgren and Michael Bradley Lundgren; Sister Audell Payne and Brother Jay J. Jaecks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Aleen’s Life will be held at Providence Jones Family Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Elgin Cemetery.
