Bio

Victoria ~ Janoyce Elaine Shelley Reagan was born on October 23, 1948 to D.O. and Joyce Shelley in Aspermont. She went to be with her Savior on October 28, 2016 at the age of 68 years. Elaine lived in Victoria most of her adult life. She is preceded in death by her father, Douglas Otto Shelley. She was a member of the First Baptist Church where she enjoyed sewing for children and adult plays and being a prayer partner for those that needed her. Elaine was an avid reader and her teacher’s heart enjoyed sharing knowledge both inside the classroom and out. Visitation services with the family will be from 5:30 till 6:30 pm on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. A Memorial services will follow at 6:30 pm at First Baptist Church, 301 N. Glass St., Victoria.
