Bio

Hazel was the last daughter of Dr. Guy Z. and Margie (Penn) Minter of Pine Forest, Texas. She had to sisters and one brother. Gretta Minter, Grace Minter, and Guy Forest Minter. Hazel also served as County Clerk for Hopkins County for many years.
