Eugene Allen Ott, 64, of El Campo, passed away September 16, 2016. He was born on May 24, 1952 in El Campo to the late Frankey J. and Martha Shimek Ott. Eugene was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a director at Wharton County Youth Fair, a member of Elks Lodge, E.C. Rifle Club and attended St. Philip Catholic Church. Visitation begins at 3 p.m. on Monday, September 19 at Triska Funeral Home with a Rosary being recited at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass begins at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 20 at St. Philip Catholic Church with Rev.
