Danny Vitek was born in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Bernice Jurgenson Vitek and Martin Andrew Vitek. Danny had lived in Savannah, Tennessee since 1979 and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Danny Vitek died at Hardin County Nursing Home. Funeral Danny is survived by his mother, Bernice Vitek of Savannah, Tennessee; 4 brothers: and one sister. Services were held May 27, 2006, at Shackelford Funeral Home with burial following at Memory Gardens in Hardin County. Obituary: The Commercial Appeal , 27 May 2006
