Wife of William Carmen Redden, daughter of Frank Sucher and Annette Irons HARDIN ----Elizabeth Redden and her husband made their home on the mouth of the Little Big Horn River. She was a devoted home-maker and enjoyed caring for her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, reading and sewing. Mrs. Redden, 73, died in her home near Hardin Wednesday morning after a long illness. She was born in St. Xavier, a daughter of Frank and Annette Sucher. She was raised by her mother and stepfather, Fred Edwards near Hardin and attended Hardin schools. On Feb. 19, 1931, she married William C. Redden in Hardin. Survivors include her husband; four sons, William M. and Ernest, both of Hardin, Lysle L. of Billings and Dennis of Fort Smith; five daughters, Mrs. Robert (Pearl) Vandersloot, Mrs. Tony (Corinne) Bue-chler, Mrs. John (Lula) Lucero and Mrs. Don (Janean) Watson, all of Hardin, and Mrs. Ed (Betty) Feller of Laurel; 34 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Bullis Funeral Chapel with burial in the Hardin Cemetery..
