Bio

Son of William R. Maddox and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Rucker Lee Maddox was born 01 Aug 1897 in Bald Prairie, Robertson County,TX as the sixth child of William R. Maddox and Mary E. (Lizzie) Rucker. He had five siblings, namely: William Henry, Lottie, Jessie A., Minnie Florine, and John. Lee was the "baby" of the family. His mother was hospitalized when Lee was very young and his older sister (Lottie) carried for him until her death in 1907. Additional information provided by Robert H. Boyd
