Bio

Funeral service for Dorothy Belle Douga, 88, of Fields, were Thursday, Nov. 16, 2006 at Smokey Cove United Pentecostal Church, the Revs. George Smith, Garrett Fuslier and Roy Hoosier officiated. Burial followed in Newlin Cemetery in Singer. She died Tuesday, Nov. 14, at Beauregard Memorial Hospital. Survivors include four daughters, Annie Boullion of Bedias, Texas, Sue Smith of Fields, Jonette Burkhalter of Ragley and Dorothy Dot Cooley of Singer; three sons, John A. Douga of Madisonville, Texas, Henry Douga of Ragley and Larry Douga of Richards, Texas; five sisters, Donna Hodge of French Settlement, Vada Sternberg of Lake Charles, Mattie Livingston and Inola Williams, both of Leesville and Lucille Ashworth of Singer; two brothers, Harold Doyle of Leesville and L.J. Doyle of DeRidder; 33 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren Services were under the direction of Chaddick Funeral Home in DeRidder
