Frank served in the US Army as a member of the 82nd Airborne starting in 1956. Frank married Carol Ann Thompson on September 1, 1958 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Genoa, Nebraska. They are the parents of Tim, Pat, Walter, Steve, Kelli & Karen.
