Bio

Mrs Fred Augusta Gertrude Loden, 82, of Dialville died Saturday morning in a Jacksonville hospital following a short illness. Funeral services were 3 p.m. Monday in the Oakland Baptist Church with Rev O.P. Meador officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Wallace Funeral Home. Mrs Loden was born August 22, 1889. She was a member of the Oakland Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Fred Loden; five sons, Orville Loden, Orbie Loden, Joe Loden, John Loden and George Loden, all of Rusk; three daughters, Trudy Helm, Dialville, Mrs Jimmie Halbert, Rusk, and Mrs Gertrude Hanson, Rusk; 90 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and a great- great granchild. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
