"Gwendolyn E. Mills (1942-2011) Gwendolyn E. Mills, 68, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Friday in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Laurel Land. Gwendolyn was born August 26, 1942, to Elmer and Irene Wood Blakely. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved everything about the outdoors, including fishing, camping, animals and gardening. Gwendolyn was preceded in death by her father, one brother and one sister. Survivors: Mother, Irene Cooper; sons, Jerry Cunningham and wife, Elaine, Glen Shoecraft, and Wesley Shoecraft and wife, Kimberly; grandchildren, Jennifer Whitehead and husband, Chris, Krysten Cunningham, Cheyenne Cunningham and Zane Shoecraft; great-grandchildren, Austin and James Whitehead; and numerous other family members and friends."
