Hattie was born on March 24, 1890 in Ord, Nebraska. She attended Ord High School. On October 4, 1909 she was united in marriage to John (Jack) Johnson in Ord. On February 26, 1949, she married Lester J. Kizer in Omaha. She was a member of the Ord Christian Church, Priscilla Circle and the Christian Companion Bible Class. She was also a member of the Ord Rebekah Lodge and had been a 60 year member of the Burwell Eastern Star. Survivors include one son, J. Vernon Johnson and his wife, Monnie of Tooele, UT; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother, Joe Dworak of Ord; and one sister Lillian D. Severyn of Omaha.
