Doris Marie Petter Hutyra, age 79, passed away March 30, 2016. A Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 2, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bellmead with Monsignor Isodore Rozycki as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in West. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Friday, April 1, at Bellmead Funeral Home. Doris was born August 28, 1937 in Penelope, Texas, to William and Annie (Svacina) Petter. She married Joe J. Hutyra January 26, 1957 and he preceded her in death on November 14, 2006. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Linda Hutyra and an infant sister, Sophie Petter. She is survived by her daughter Judy Merritt and husband, Paul Bohannon; son, Gary Joe Hutyra; sisters, Lillian Bacak, Angeline Sinkule and Katherine Pustejovsky; brothers, William Petter, Jr., Ben Petter and Thomas Petter; sister-in-law, Helen Schutza; grandchildren, Chad, Emily, Kali, Kindra, D. J. and Cory; numerous great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and special friends, Theresa Sealey and the Julius Zucha family. Bellmead Funeral Home Obituary
