Bio
A daughter of Charles Graham and Janett Rayburn. She married Anderson Ferdinand Holcombe on 08 June 1849 in Jefferson, Cass (now Marion) County, Texas. They had no known, or documented children together. Sarah Ann Holcombe raised her nephew; Charles Alexander Graham from infancy to adulthood, following the unexpected death of her brother's wife; Kaziah Francis Graham, second wife of Perry McClure Graham, on 28 June 1862. In her Last Will and Testament (Cass County Probate Minutes, Vol. 8, p. 274, dated 28 January 1882), Sarah Ann Holcombe leaves her entire estate to her nephew, Charles Alexander Graham, and indicates she is to be buried in the Graham family cemetery (now Center Grove Cemetery).
