Bio

Dovie Holland Long was born to Jacob Holland and wife Mary Adelia Caldwell Holland of Alabama. The family had moved to the Reliance Community in Brazos County about 1883. Dovie was born and raised there. She married Joseph C. Long about 1907. Mourning her loss are her son, two daughters, and their families,as well as numerous relatives and friends.
