Bio
Martha Alice (Kibel) Best was born Dec. 1, 1928 to Charles “Charley” and Daisy Kibel in Yuma Co., Colo. She went to school at Straton and Canon City, Colo. Martha married Donald Ambro “Don” Best in Goodland, Kan., in 1946. In 1953, they moved to Enid, OK. She was affiliated with the United Pentecostal Church of Enid. A resident of Enid, OK., she died at the age of 87, Jan. 9, 2016, in Enid. She was survived by daughters, Alice A. Smith, Joyce Koncaba, and Barbara Lewis; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by husband, Don Best; son, Bobby Bruce Best; and her parents. A funeral service celebrating her life was Jan. 15, 2016 at United Pentecostal Church, Enid, with burial at the Hennessey Cemetery.
