Bio
Lillian Catherine Sanderson was born in McLennan or Howard County, Texas (parents in McLennan in 1900 and Howard in 1910), a daughter of James Wesley and Sarah Elizabeth "Dottie" Bronaugh Sanderson. She married George Washington Chapman abt 1915 probably in Howard County. She and George (a farmer) were the parents of eight children all born in Howard County, Texas: George Alton, Jessie Raymond, Louise, Lenore Arlene, Hazel Marjorie, Alice Merle, Donald Roy, and Shirley Ann. George preceded Lillian in death in 1964 and Lillian died in 1981 in Big Spring from Cardiac arrest with complications of Pancreatic cancer and was buried at Trinity Memorial Park in Howard County, Texas Note: Birth, death, and burial information from Texas Death Certificate #4292, Texas file # 83280
