OKLAHOMA CITY A.J. Jech, age 71, passed away to his heavenly home on Saturday, May 17th, 2014, in OKC, OK. He was born on February 28th, 1943, to Alfred Jech and Dovie Elizabeth Fields Jech, in Muskogee, OK. He grew up on a farm E. of Kingfisher, OK. and attended Big Four School, where he graduated in 1961. On February 6, 1965, he married the love of his life, Cheryl Perdue, at the First United Methodist Church in Kingfisher, OK. To their union was born one daughter, Susan Jean. He worked several years for Wilson Packing Co. in the accounting department & served on the board of Wilson Credit Union. After receiving his Real Estate Sales and Broker's License in the early seventies his career in real estate mgt began. He had a long career in real estate. He retired in 2010 from Bob Linn & Associates. In 2001 he was honored as Realtor of the Year in OKC. He also served as President of the Board for OKCMAR. A.J. was a longtime member of Southern Hills United Meth-odist Church where he was very active in the ministries of the church, serving as lay speaker & lay leader. Survivors include his wife, Cheryl of the home and daughter, Susan McCaleb, granddaughter, McKenzie McCaleb of Sulphur, OK & granddaughters, Brittney Brown & husband Eric of Dallas, TX, Ashley Aleman of New Orleans, LA, & Abbey Aleman of Tulsa, OK, his father, Alfred Jech of Kingfisher, OK, sister, Wanda Cline of OKC, brother, Alan Jech and wife Diane of Duncan, OK, nephews and nieces, Scott Adam, Taylor, Mallory, Caleb, Conner Jech, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Eugene & Nadine Perdue of Kingfisher, OK, sisters-in-law, Charlene Perdue Halverson & husband Daryl of OKC, Cheila Perdue Evey & husband Ed of Kingfisher, OK. He was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents and many other relatives. Scheduled viewing at Advantage Funeral Home on Wed., May 21, from 2 to 8 p.m., his family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Thurs., May 22, 11:00 a.m. at Southern Hills United Methodist Church, 8200 S.
