Not sure if he is interred here or in Florida. Oswald Chalmers Stallard May 17, 1917 - September 2, 2005 Oswald Chalmers Stallard, 88, of North Woodland Boulevard, an executive for Hercules Manufacturing Co., died Friday, September 2, at home. Mr. Stallard was born in Tom's Creek, VA and came here in 1979 from Christiansburg, VA. He was a graduate of Knoxville Business College. He was an avid golfer. Survivors include his companion, Evelyn "Eppie"; a son, William of Spring Hill, a daughter, Sue Dyer of Warner Robbins, GA; two brothers, Kenneth of Louden, TN and Jack of Virginia; three grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
