Father Name: Jerry A Stallard Mother Name: Grace E Cyphers BLEVINS, Lotrus Elaine Stallard, 82, of Fairlawn, died Monday, July 14, 1997, at her residence. She was the widow of Thurman Blevins, and was also preceded in death by her parents, Jerry Andrew and Grace E. Cyphers Stallard; and a son, Jerry Jason Blevins. She was a graduate of Virginia Intermont College and a charter member of the Fairlawn Baptist Church. She had resided in Fairlawn since 1940. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry Allen Blevins and Carla Pamperin Blevins, Buchanan, Glenn Kirby Blevins and Alice Ann Whitmore Blevins, Martinsville; a son, David Lynn Blevins, Radford; three brothers, Oswald (Budge) C. Stallard, Deland, Fla., Jack Dempsey Stallard, Coeburn, and Kenneth Pickford Stallard and his wife, Rita Dingus Stallard, Loudon, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Kenneth Todd Blevins and his wife, Patricia Watts Blevins, and Shannon Blevins White and her husband, James Greenway White II. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, 1997, at the Fairlawn Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church with Pastor Danny Collins officiating. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Highland Memory Gardens. DeVilbiss Funeral Home, Radford, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Developmental Disabilities Ministries care of the Fairlawn Baptist Church 6758 Oxford Ave., Radford, Va Roanoke Times, July 16, 1997
