Mrs. Ray, 66, Roscoe, Dies ROSCOE (RNS) Mrs. Lois Mary Ray, 66, a Roscoe resident since 1907, died at her home here at 7 p.m. Thursday. Funeral will be held at 3 pm Sunday in First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Glenn Roenfeldt, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Sweetwater Cemetery under direction of Wells Funeral Home of Roscoe. Born April 1, 1897 in Snyder, she married John Ray in Roscoe in 1914. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe McGlothling, were pioneer West Texas ranchers. She was a member of the Baptist church. Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Sowell of Amarillo; three sisters, Mrs, H C. Clark, Mrs. Ross Clark and Mrs. Arah Johnson, all of Roscoe; two brothers, Dink and Linn McGlothling of Roscoe; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Gene Rayburn, Homer Williams, Grady Long, Arnold Piper, George Osborn, all of Roscoe, and Orville Griffith, Colorado City.
