Flora Mae Steed St. George Flora Mae Maughan Steed, age 89, passed away on November 16, 2015, in St. George, UT. She was born to Angus Marion Maughan and Susie Keller on March 30, 1926, in Richfield, UT. Flora married Robert Hansen Steed in the Salt Lake Temple on June 20, 1947. Flora attended school in Richfield, UT, through her junior year and graduated from Millard High School in Fillmore, UT. She attended the University of Utah, graduating with a degree in Education and Home Economics. Herhusband’s profession allowed Flora and their family to live in severalstates. Theyalso had the opportunity to travel and experience several international cultures. She loved reading, cooking and entertaining, especially for her family. All who knew her recognized a gentle spirit and a kind heart. Flora is survived by her husband and their three children: Susan Brady (Neil), Kathryn Davis (Daniel), and Robert W. Steed (Susan) as well as 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Bloomington LDS 7th Ward Chapel, 3519 Manzanita Road, St. George, UT. A viewing will be held, prior to services, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at the Chapel. Interment will be in the St. George City Cemetery.
