Bio

After Frank's father drowned in 1915, her mother, who was pregnant with him at the time, could not adequately care for him and his sister. They were adopted by John Albert Peska (1876-1942) and his wife Elizabeth (Sobek) Peska (1885-1970). They were raised in Orion, Richland County, Wisconsin.
