Stanley Bradley “Stan” Wilson, 81, of Grand Island died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015, at Wedgewood Care Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at All Faiths Funeral Home, with Daniel Naranjo officiating. Burial of ashes will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Stan was born May 14, 1934, in Murdo, S.D., to Hal and Lila (Williams) Wilson. He received his education at Wood River Schools and married Pat Stout. He married Della Pavlik Ehlers on Oct. 28, 1983. He was a semi driver and later worked in the shipping department of New Holland until his retirement. Stan enjoyed camping, traveling, casinos and fishing. Survivors include his children, Byron (Pam) Wilson of O’Neill, Dale (Angie) Wilson of Grand Island, Patty (Nicholas) Kuhn of LaVista, Randy Wilson of Florida, Barbara (Renee) Hespe of Norfolk and Lisa (Dave) Cox of West Virginia; stepchildren, Marvin Ehlers, Joyce Combs and Denise (Todd) Couillard; brothers, Clair (Judy) Wilson of Chapman and Hal Wilson of Grand Island; and sisters, Ellen Frost (Bill Klein) of Minnesota, Phyllis (Bill) Hill of Florida and Yvonne Davis of Arizona. Stan is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
