Joseph Frank Krenk was born in Linwood Township, Butler County, Nebraska, USA, to Frantisek (Frank) Krenk and Katerina Pipek (possibly Depka). His headstone shows the year 1887. However, he is listed in the 1885 Nebraska Census as 1 year old. World War I and World War II Draft Registration Cards has birth year 1888. No other record has been found with a previous child named Joseph who has passed away before 1887. He married Albina E Pokorny about 1914 or 1915. They divorced before 1940.
