Victoria Advocate, The (TX) - Wednesday, January 26, 2000 YOAKUM -- Wanda L. Parson, 73, of Yoakum, died Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2000. She was born Sept. 6, 1926, in Weatherford, to the late William Lee and Mary E. Mathis Kilpatrick. She was a beautician and a member of Northgate Church of God in Victoria. Survivors: daughters, Joyce Maynard and Sherry Burdick, both of Victoria and Charlene Denning and Loretta Garcia, both of Yoakum; sons, Richard J. Wright of Yoakum; sister, Dorothy Kilpatrick of Oregon; brothers, Charles Kilpatrick of Cuero and Elbert O. Kilpatrick of Graham; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by: parents; sister, Margie Pettit; brothers, J.C. Kilpatrick, Harry Lee Kilpatrick, Cerile Garner Kilpatrick, Jim Fair, Hubert Fair, Paul Kilpatrick and Tom Kilpatrick. Visitation will be 6:30 to 8 p.m. tonight at Freund Funeral Home chapel. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Hillside Cemetery, the Rev. Kurt Routon officiating.
