************************************** Irene Korbe was born in Sidney, Nebraska on June 24, 1924 to Anna C. and Bernard A. Fehringer. Irene passed away on September 2, 2015, at the age of 91, from COPD. She was the second eldest of 10 children and is survived by 2 younger sisters, and 1 younger brother. Irene grew up on the Fehringer Family farm in Peetz, Colorado. She graduated from Peetz High School, Class of 1942. Irene married Albert Korbe of Iliff, Colorado on June 23, 1947. Albert preceded her in death in 2004. She is survived by daughters, Barbara Marshall (Charles), Mary Korbe, Linda Bush (Frederick), Pamela Klomfas (John), and sons Gerald Korbe (Shirley), Richard Korbe (Carol) and Joseph Korbe. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She retired from the Sacramento Army Depot in 1989, with 27 years of Federal Service. Viewing and Rosary will be held at North Sacramento Funeral Home, 725 El Camino Avenue, Sacramento beginning at 6:00P.M. through 8:00 P.M. on Monday, September 14, 2015. Rosary will be 6:30-7:00. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 2231 Club Center Drive, Sacramento, CA commencing at 1:30 P.M. Burial will be held, following the funeral services, at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Pleasant Grove, CA at 3:00 P.M. Family and Friends are invited to attend.
