Bio

Cattle rancher. The 1930 census reports him as a cotton farmer in northwestern Concho County, Texas, "near Lowake." His family includes wife "Amela," age 36, son Robert and daughters "Alville" and Lela Mae. The 1940 census reports that Raymond is now divorced but still farming in Concho County. His 1942 WW II draft registration card shows his resdence is now rural Hamilton County, that he is still a farmer, but his date of birth is shown as October 30, 1895.
