Edna M. Terrell, 95, of Waco, formerly of Bellmead, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2006, at a local nursing home. Services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 8, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Bosque Chapel with Kenion Coleman officiating. Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery. Edna was born in Elk, Texas, to the late Joe and Marie (Adamek) Fridel. She attended school in Elk. On August 14, 1931, Edna married R.L "Lee" Terrell. She lived in Bellmead and was a homemaker. Edna was the president of the Concord Cemetery Association for many years. She was a sweet and loving woman who enjoyed family, friends and 5th Sunday church at her home. She also enjoyed baby sitting for many families when James Connally Air Force Base was active. She was a good neighbor and enjoyed taking care of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; sisters, Albina Fridel Dickinson and Ruby Fridel Webb; a nephew, Billy E. Webb; and two nieces, Mildred Scruggs and Mary Alice Morgan. Survivors include nephews, M.W. "Bubba" Webb and his wife, Rita, Emil Fridel and his wife, Pearl, and Kenneth Hahn; nieces, Pam Hughes and her husband, Mac, and Sandra Lee; and many great and great-great-nieces and nephews.
