THE PARIS NEWS Thu., June 13, 1991, p.2A Lee Roy Rogers,86, Died Wed. at Medical Plaza Nursing Home. Services at 10:30 a.m. Fri., June 14 in Gene Roden's Sons with Rev. Al Clark. Born in Princeton, son of Amos & Georgia Lawhon Rogers. He married Betsy Levelton in 1973. She died in 1980. He was a member of the Life Tabernacle Church. Surviving are 2 daughters, Mildred Ausmus of Paris & Roberta McHam of Hugo, OK.; a brother, Avery Taylor of Dallas; 2 sisters Ruby Todd of Greenville & Elizabeth Carden of Dallas; 11 grandchildren, & 17 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Gertrude Massengale, in 1961, & 4 brothers & 4 sisters. Bearers were Jerry Ludwig, Bobby Jones, Thomas Jones, Stacey Noah & Jody Adkins.
