Bio

Mrs. Tajchman, of Marion, Kansas, was trained as a nurse in Wichita and graduated in 1959. She entered the Navy and served on a medical ship during the Vietnam War. She rejoined the Army Reserves and retired as a Major in 1992. She married Vincent Polok and was the mother of: Emma, Rose and Merlin. They were divorced.
