Bio
Nellie ( Nell ) Faye Kalichak was born in Carthage, Texas on September 24, 1930. She entered Heaven's gates on April 28, 2015. A mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Nell was also an amateur florist with a very green thumb and enjoyed the onset of every Spring so she could tend her flowers and plants. In addition to gardening, she was also a devoted Nascar fan (she loved # 42 ). But mostly, she loved her family. Nell was preceded in death by her daughter Darla Jean Lowe. A graveside service celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from Brookside Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to services at the funeral home. Brookside Funeral Home 5/5/2015
