Winnie was the daughter of John Loving and Sarah (Swepston) Loving. She was married three times. Her first husband was Asa C. Rusk. Winnie and Asa were married about 1866 and had five children together including: Della Retta, Cora, Althea, Velzoe and Ray Rusk. Winnie and Asa were divorced by 1880. Winnie married her second husband, Charles Vandercook Fouke (1865-1904) on July 24, 1889 in Florence, Douglas County, Nebraska. Winnie and Charles had one daughter, Metta Fouke. Winnie married after 1920 to a Mr. Kanouse.
