Pekin Daily Times Thursday, October 29, 1970 Mrs. Vogelsang Dies Sunday; Rites Tuesday Funeral services for Mrs. Vina Vogelsang, 72, of 911 1g2 Caroline street, will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Kuecks Funeral Home. Dr. Hubert Entwisle, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside cemetery. There will be no visitation. Mrs. Vogelsang was pronounced dead on arrival at Pekin hospital at 3:20 a.m. Sunday. Born at Fort Smith, Ark., Dec. 22, 1897, she was a daughter of John D. and Martha E. Caughron Edwards. Her marriage to William E. Vogelsang occurred at Havana June 27, 1952. Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Elizabeth) Elliott, Mrs. Thomas (Catherine) Tomlinson and Mrs. Elizabeth Fields, all of Kansas Blank space Robert (Geneva) Sword of Scammon, Kan., and Mrs. Oral (Sally) Gidden of Peoria; and six grandchildren.
