Spelling of surname originally, SZWANEK He was the twin of Bernice Bernard married Edith Louise Ptacnik on June 6, 1944, while he was serving in the United States Navy. They farmed north of Ord for a while and then moved to Ord. Edith died from the complications of diabetes.
