Bio

When John Preston Adair was born on January 28, 1909, in Proffitt, Young County, Texas, his father, John Sanford Adair, was 46 and his mother, Mary Florence Hayman, was 29. He married Mildred Dorothy Fade (daughter of Oscar Elmer Fade and Rosa Anna Davis) and they had two sons and one daughter together between 1933 and 1938. He then married Lilly Luvenia Grimes (daughter of John S. Grimes and Mary S. Karkowski) in 1943 in Norman, Oklahoma, she had three sons by a previous marriage. David Glenn Miller Jan 08, 1927 Calvin John Miller Aug 23, 1928 Albert Eugene Miller Jul 17, 1930 John died on December 20, 1971, in Rialto, California, at the age of 62, and was buried in Colton, San Bernardino County, California at the Montecito Memorial Park Cemetery.
