Billie Joyce Hamlin, 83, of Drummonds, TN passed away March 12, 2015. She was a member of Millington First Baptist Church and the Millington Quilt Guild. The widow of Malcon E. Hamlin, Sr, she is survived by her children, Wanda Rush and Malcon E. Hamlin, Jr.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at a catered reception Tuesday (Mar 17) from 1:30 pm until the service at 3:00 pm at the Millington Chapel. Private interment.
