Bio

Herald Coaster, April 2, 1972: Arnold E. Petter, 61, of Rosenberg, died Friday in a Houston hospital. Petter, who was project engineer for Mandrel Industries of Houston, had been a lifetime resident of this area. His wife, Mrs. Velasta Petter, is a pharmacist with Frank's Pharmacy. Funeral services for Petter will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. from Triska Funeral Home in Rosenberg, followed by a mass at 10 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Rev. Glen Wearden will officiate. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Rosary will be recited at the Triska Chapel Sunday night at 7:30 p.m. Survivors include his wife; two brothers, Johnnie Petter and Frank Petter, both of Wallis; one sister, Mrs. Annie Mae Kramer of Wallis; seven nieces and six nephews.
