Joseph Bernard Houston was the son of Frank Owen Houston and Anna Marie Fitzgibbon Houston. He married Marcelline E. Maasen on April 23, 1933 in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. Children: Janet and Carolyn. "The Kansas City Times", published Sept. 19, 1959, page 26 ~ "Mr. Joseph B. Houston of 1917 E. 69th Terrace, passed away September 17, 1959. Age 52 years. Services 8:30 a.m. at D. W. Newcomer's Sons Chapel on the Paseo at Brush Creek blvd., and funeral services 9:00 a.m. from the St. Augustine Catholic church, 79th and the Paseo.
